The roster

Ten pre-built roles, each with a defined job, a default authority level, and hard limits already written in. Review one, adjust it, and commission it. Every commission produces portable orders that work with any AI.

◈

Commission your Chief of Staff first. It's the one seat that sees the whole organization, which is exactly why it stays local-only. Specialists work fine solo, but once you run two or more, the CoS is what keeps them from stepping on each other.

Org chart

Your organization as it stands. Click any seat to read its orders, copy its charter, change its authority, pause it, or retire it.

Field manual

The operating doctrine behind every default in this tool — drawn from how the most reliable multi-agent systems are being run in 2026, translated into plain rules you can actually keep.

Service records

Every seat keeps a record: wins, misses, promotions, and which skills actually fire. CADRE can't watch your agents run — the record is built from what you file and what the agents report in their AAR lines. Paste a debrief, or log it yourself.

Card library

Squads are sets of four to seven seats \u2014 charters, Day One briefs, standing procedures and fence tests already written, with a lead that routes inside the squad and reports to your Chief of Staff. Buy one, import the card under Backup & settings, commission it in one click. Every future version of a squad you own is included.

Buying opens the card shop in a new tab. This app never contacts it \u2014 it only knows a squad exists once you import the card.

Backup & settings

Your whole organization lives in this browser's local storage — private, but also fragile. Export a backup after any change you'd mind losing.
